Standard Products
Where a statutory cancellation or return right applies, customers may request a return in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and the conditions stated on this website.
Returned products must be unused and in an appropriate condition for return.
Custom Size & Made-to-Order Rugs
Custom-size rugs are produced specifically according to the dimensions selected by the customer.
Because these products are made to the customer's specifications, they may be excluded from the normal cancellation right applicable to standard products under UK consumer law. Legislation
Custom-size rugs cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or no longer wants the product.
Please carefully check all dimensions, shape and product selections before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
If your rug is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law. GOV.UK
